Do I have to pay stamp duty?
I am thinking about buying an apartment as an investment. I would not live in the place, just rent it out and hopefully get a return on my investment. This would be my first purchase. My friends say that I would not qualify as a first time buyer as I wont be living in the apartment. Is this true?
