Does AVG Free 8.0 Anti Virus Software slow down your pc or laptop? I have a 1 year old HP laptop and since I upgraded to AVG Free 8.0 it takes longer to do everything and the laptop is much slower to respond. At first I taught it was a virus, after doing a complete reinstall to find that this didn't change anything. Has anyone else had similar problems. Does AVG Free 8.0 Anti Virus Software slow down your pc or laptop?

I have a 1 year old HP laptop and since I upgraded to AVG Free 8.0 it takes longer to do everything and the laptop is much slower to respond.
At first I taught it was a virus, after doing a complete reinstall to find that this didn't change anything. Has anyone else had similar problems.
