Has anyone used the Weissenfels snow socks in Ireland?
I saw these on an Irish website called Micks Garage(www.micksgarage.ie) 1 answer (0 videos | 0 audios) 3229 Views 1 month ago Resolved |

I ordered a pair of Weisssock snow socks just before the cold weather arrived and got them next day delivery. I tried getting a second pair for my girlfriends car which has a smaller size wheel but they were sold out on the website. I also tried FastFit tyres but they were sold out there also. These worked great for me, no wheelspin, no issues. If you are driving with them on a clear read that has no snow or ice, you will wear them out faster and you will have to get a new set. They are ideal for short journeys and great for getting you home but long term use will wear them out. They are only designed to go 50 kmph max on snow or ice, s if you are driving on clear tarmac at high speed, you will damage the product. These are ideal for Irish motorists.
