Is Irish Online Banking safe?

It's safe enough, just be careful where you access your account incase they are using keylogging devices or software to see what you are doing. I know in other countries they use a handheld device similar to a calculator which generates a TAN number, it's a single use one-time passwords to authorize financial transactions.
