You'd need to provide more details of your specific setup, but probably, yes. It is possible for multiple installations of Windows to co-exist on the same PC and I have done this myself, though not with Windows 7.
It's not a totally straightforward process though and there are a lot of potential gotchas, as well as the very strong possibility of data loss if you make a misstep. Even once it's all setup it can lead to complications and it's still very possible to end up with a computer that won't start up. If you're not particularly technical I would avoid it (unless you have someone technical that you can harangue when things go wrong!). There are usually easier solutions.
