I do believe so, if I had money I would be purchasing property and houses. Why? I don't believe the prices will drop any further although they will never get as high as they once where. I would be looking at houses banks are selling due to mortgage payment failure. Alright not a nice thing to do, profit from some one else's bad luck but some one will so why not us. If you are planning on renting then you may need to reconsider, there are a lot of rental property available plus some builders are still offering rent to buy on some houses. With any purchase it's a gamble but house prices are low now and I believe will remain low for a while before they start to recover. Answered by Jim Buc... 1 month ago
