if your item is as described then you don't HAVE to offer a refund at all. However if they are claiming it was faulty on arrival you could ask for proof. sending a vid of it not working... if you still decide not to offer a refund that's your choice as far as I know. If you don't offer it on your ad then its their tough luck! and in fairness, what's ONE unsatisfied customer??
