Just go to the Control Panel, then Clock, language, and then Region, Change keyboards or other input methods - select Keyboards and Languages - Change Keyboards. You can also choose advanced Key Settings. There you can choose a hotkey combination enabling you to switch between multiple keyboard language layouts in the future. Hopefully this helps.
